The river Garry at Invergarry in Glengarry,
Scotland is being sold in 1 sq metre or 9 sq feet plots,
to help conserve the river and surrounding forest.

There are a limited number of these plots available
and when they are all sold there will be no more. The
land has been photographed from the air in summer
and winter in ultra-high definition so you can zoom in
to see each individual plot of land for sale. The detail
is a stunning 8-times greater than Google Earth.

Protect our heritage

Maintaining part of one of Scotland's most
beautiful glens should not be the task of just one
person - there is too much heritage at stake.

This is why the River Garry, which runs through
the heart of Invergarry, Inverness-shire in
Scotland, and its banks have been put into Trust.

How the Trust is being funded

The MyGlengarry.com Conservation Trust
manages the River Garry, its banks and
immediately adjacent land in order to secure
their future sustainability. To provide the Trust
with financial resources for this enormous task,
the area is being made available for sale in
individually identifiable, 1-metre-square plots.

Where the funding goes

The Trust manages all the land on the owners'
behalf, undertaking projects that include work
within the native Highland woodlands, the river
and its banks, pathways and walks through the
area and provides funds to help maintain the
ancient Invergarry Castle.

a plot or from the quick shop. The artist Felicity Nightingale is a well known
local artist whose attention to detail captures the spirit of this glen

Explore the full 3.5 miles of the
river and both banks of the

In addition to the superb low-level
aerial photography the site has
photographs taken along each
bank, and from a raft down the river, every 25
metres, giving a stunning visual experience of the
entire river.
